Build Your Way Out

That's the mission. I believe we're in a once-in-a-generation window where individual builders have structural advantages over large companies. AI tools have shifted the leverage equation — a single person with the right systems can now build what used to require a team of ten.

I left corporate in 2024 to go all-in on this. No safety net, no backup plan. Now I build tools and share what I learn for the new economy of indie builders, founders, and creators who have stepped outside traditional structures to build autonomously.

The Third Position

There are two loud camps in AI right now: the hype crowd who thinks AI will solve everything tomorrow, and the gatekeepers who think you need a PhD to participate. I'm neither.

I'm a builder who ships real things with AI tools, shares what works and what doesn't, and helps others do the same. Honest, practical, no bullshit.

The Conductor Model

My core framework is the Conductor Model — the idea that in an AI-augmented world, your role shifts from being the instrument to being the conductor. You orchestrate tools, workflows, and agents rather than executing every task yourself.

This is what I teach, and it's how I operate. The Conductor Framework is the practical implementation of this idea — free, open, and actively maintained.
